What to do if there is a sudden tension in the muscles, especially the leg and neck muscles/veins? Why is this and what is the treatment?

Sudden tension in the muscles or veins can be said to be one of the most talked-about problems in recent times! In a tea party or any other story, you just said that one day my leg muscles started to get so tense that my legs would bend and move backward! And I was fainting in pain! Diameter! You will see that the companions of the story have started talking about their experiences one by one!

There are several possible causes for tension in the muscles or tendons of the legs or arms.

1. Dehydration and disruption of blood circulation!

2. Lack of sodium or potassium ions in the blood

3. Overwork

4. Shortness of rest before or after exercise

5. Vitamin A / B deficiency

Runners, athletes as well as those of us are ordinary people but the problem is occasional. I’ve had it five times. Just before waking up twice!

Things to do:

The muscles have to be relaxed by holding the leg or arm in the opposite direction to where it is trying to bend.

This is an immediate effort. Then bake hot or cold.

Saline drinks, especially coconut water, are very effective in treating and preventing this problem.

It is also possible to reduce and prevent the effects of this problem by taking vitamin A and B complexes.

And yes, you need to drink plenty of water. There should be no shortage of water in the body.

Dad and Mom have been to the village house a few times. I asked them to drink vitamin B complex and coconut water. No problem for a long time.

আপনার রাউটারের ফ্রিকোয়েন্সি অন্য যন্ত্রপাতির ফ্রিকোয়েন্সির সঙ্গে কনফ্লিক্ট করছে কি না, তা জেনে রাখুন। আপনার রাউটার যদি ২.৪ গিগাহার্জ ফ্রিকোয়েন্সি ব্যবহার করে তাহলে তা কর্ডলেস ফোন, মাইক্রোওয়েভ, ব্লুটুথ, সিসিটিভি ইত্যাদির সঙ্গে কনফ্লিক্টের সম্ভাবনা থাকে। এক্ষেত্রে ৫ গিগাহার্জ কিংবা ভিন্ন কোনো ফ্রিকোয়েন্সি ব্যবহার করা সবচেয়ে ভালো।

বাধা এড়ান :

রাউটারের সঙ্গে আপনার ডিভাইসের মাঝে দ্রুত যোগাযোগের পথে বহু জিনিসই বাধা সৃষ্টি করতে পারে। এসব বাধার মধ্যে রয়েছে ধাতব দরজা, অ্যালুমিনিয়াম কাঠামো, ওয়াল ইনসুলেশন, পানির ট্যাংক বা অ্যাকুরিয়াম, আয়না, হ্যালোজেন লাইট, গ্লাস ও কংক্রিট। এ ধরনের বাধাগুলো যেখানে সবচেয়ে কম সেখানেই প্রয়োজনীয় যন্ত্র বা রাউটার স্থাপন করুন।

সফটওয়্যার আপডেট :

রাউটার ও ইন্টারনেট সরবরাহের কাজে নিয়োজিত বিভিন্ন সফটওয়্যার নিয়মিত আপগ্রেড হয়। একটু খেয়াল রেখে রাউটার ও মোবাইল ডিভাইস বা পিসির সফটওয়্যার আপডেট করে নিলে ইন্টারনেটের ভালো গতি পাওয়া যেতে পারে।

এক্সটেন্ডার :

নেটওয়ার্ক বাড়ানোর জন্য এক্সটেন্ডার পাওয়া যায়। আপনার ওয়াইফাই রাউটার থেকে দূরে কোথাও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারের প্রয়োজন হলে এক্সটেন্ডার ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।

প্রতিবেশী :

আপনার ইন্টারনেটের সংযোগ কোনো প্রতিবেশী ব্যবহার করলে এতে আপনার ইন্টারনেটের গতি কমে যেতে পারে। তাই প্রতিবেশীদের থেকে সাবধান। অবশ্য কয়েকজন প্রতিবেশী মিলে একটি গতিশীল ইন্টারনেট নিয়ে তা শেয়ার করে ব্যবহার করাও একটি ভালো বুদ্ধি।

নিরাপত্তা বাড়ান :

ওয়াইফাই ইন্টারনেটের জন্য WEP বাদ দিয়ে কিছুটা নিরাপদ WPA/WPA2 ব্যবহার করুন। এটি ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করবে। এছাড়া নিয়মিত পাসওয়ার্ড পরিবর্তনও প্রয়োজনীয়।

গোপন রাখুন :

ওয়াইফাই নেটওয়ার্কে আপনার নাম ও ডিভাইসের বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেওয়ার কোনো প্রয়োজন নেই। তার বদলে সাংকেতিক নাম ও অত্যন্ত গোপনীয় পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করুন।

টিন ফয়েল ব্যবহার করুন :

ওয়াইফাই রাউটারের অ্যান্টেনার বাইরে ডিশ অ্যান্টেনার মতো বা অন্য কোনো উপায়ে টিনের ফয়েল ব্যবহার করে সিগন্যাল বাড়ানো সম্ভব। অন্য উপায়গুলো কাজ না করলে এটি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।

Success is not something you attain without putting in the effort, however. It is a mindset you must adopt to accomplish your goals and grow as a person, and it takes hard work. Tips for how to become successful

  1. Start before you’re ready. I spent 4 minutes and 12 seconds try to craft a perfect answer for this question. But you’re reading this because my mind finally said F*CK it, and start writing.
  2. Don’t stop when you’re tired/upset/exhausted, stop when you’re done. By stop, I mean stop trying and telling yourself it’s done before it’s actually done. It’s not, challenges, failures, and setbacks are temporary. Now, move on!
  3. Everything comes with a price. Literally, everything. If you’re not up to pay the price, don’t complain about not getting what you want in life.
  4. Stop complaining. It changes nothing at all. Oh no… It does. It annoys the hell out of others and makes you feel worse.
  5. Stop comparing. We have very little (if not none) of information to make a rational comparison. In most cases, we are evaluating our worst with others’ best when we’re comparing.
  6. Get enough sleep. We need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day, only a minority need less than that… Like, maybe 5% of all human beings. You won’t know if you’re one of them. When you know it, it’s too late.
  7. Detach your emotions with external things. Because they don’t last. You’re going to feel extremely bad if you’re depending on your happiness on them (people and things).
  8. Read real books. Do deep instead of shallow. The Internet trained us to go shallow.
  9. Reduce multitasking. It doesn’t boost your productivity. Instead, it drains your energy and focus.
  10. Start your day the night before. Plan for the next day before you go to bed. This gives you a reason to get off the bed the next morning.
  11. The relationship is the place to give (not receive). If you were wondering why your spouse never did this (or that) for you, that’s exactly why.
  12. Take tiny actions, celebrate small wins. Small actions have lower resistance, start doing something small is 1,000,000x better off than doing nothing. Then, train yourself to appreciate small progress.
  13. Say “get to” instead of “have to”. Change your vocabulary and start to appreciate everything that happens to you.
  14. Do something that scares you. Get out of your comfort zone, set bigger goals, and do it. You’re reading this right now because someone else once thought that the personal computer was possible.
  15. If you spent $750 for something originally at $1,000, you just spent $750, not saved $250. Face the truth, never find excuses, especially when it comes to money.
  16. Remove that tiny red dot on the corner of the icon of your app. If you’re using Android, see here; for iOS, see here. I believe you know why.
  17. Listen first before speaking. You learn nothing if you’re the only one speaking.
  18. Start selling. I won’t say start a business, but every one of us is selling in some way. So, learn how to do it.

  20. Take good care of your body. Everything will not be relevant without your physical body (at least until someone invents a way to upload us to a server… maybe…)
  21. Fail hard, fail often. That’s how we learn the most. Be proud of it, take it as an achievement.
  22. Contribute more. I’m not exactly sure why, but I learned this from the successful people I’m following. Probably because it puts a smile on others’ faces.
  23. Judge others on their intention, evaluate yourself with the results. If you need to judge others, do it based on their intention because again, we don’t know their own set of constraints and challenges.
  24. His/her/my tips might not be the right tips for you. Explore, experience, learn and most importantly enjoy life yourself.
  25. The guaranteed way to increase your luck is to increase the times you bet. I’m not asking you to get involved in gambling. My point is, a master art piece is created after thousand shitty ones before it. So, be consistent on your output rather than thinking about how to strike a home run in one single shot.

You’ve probably heard of IQ (intelligence quotient) tests. These assessments are specifically designed to measure aptitude and ability. Many experts believe a single test can’t give a clear picture of intelligence, in part because there are multiple types of intelligence to consider. One popular theory, introduced by psychologist and professor Howard Gardner, suggests nine different types of intelligence exist.

   1. You can’t pull them into humdrum storms, chit chat and small talk. They get bored with that and even loathe them. Start an interesting topic and they will dive in as if they had always been there. 2. They usually break rules, try to make their own rules, and will question authority, systems, governing bodies. 7. They cannot handle common boring mundane stuff and they cannot understand how others can actually handle it with pleasure and without complaints. 9.
